PENGUNGKAPAN IMPLEMENTASI CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY BERDASARKAN ISO 26000:2010 PADA PT.PEGADAIAN (PERSERO) PERIODE 2018
Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), ISO 26000: 2010 has 7 components, namely The Environment, Organizational Governance, Human Rights, Labor Practice, Community Investment and Development, Consumer Issues, Fair Operating Procedures. In 2018 PT.Pegadaian (Persero) created the “Garbage Bank” CSR Program to provide participation for the community to protect the environment where waste will be exchanged for savings books. The purpose of this study was to examine the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility at PT. Pegadian (Persero) for the 2018 period. The method in this study used the descriptive qualitative method using Sustanbility Report data. PT. Pegadaian (Persero) has implemented a CSR Program based on ISO 26000: 2010 and has been assessed to meet the 7 components of ISO 26000: 2010. PT.Pegadaian is considered to have met ISO 26000: 2010 standards.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), ISO 26000:2010 memiliki 7 komponen yaitu The Environment, Organizational Governance, Human Right, Labour Practice, Community Invesment and Development, Consumer Issues, Fair Operating Procedures. Tahun 2018 PT.Pegadaian (Persero) membuat Program CSR “Bank Sampah” memberikan partisipasi kepada masyarkat agar menjaga lingkungan yang kemudian sampah akan ditukar dengan buku tabungan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk meneliti Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility pada PT.Pegadian (Persero) Periode 2018. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan menggunakan data Sustanbility Report. PT.Pegadaian (Persero) telah melaksanakan Program CSR berdasarkan ISO 26000:2010 telah dinilai memenuhi 7 komponen dari ISO 26000:2010. PT.Pegadaian dinilai telah memenuhi standar ISO 26000:2010.
